
Hailey was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Hailey graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Hailey then attended St. Mary’s University School of Law and graduated in 2022 in the top quarter of her class. Hailey was an active member of the National Mock Trial team, the Student Bar Association, and was initiated into Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society as a lifetime member. She was awarded the Litigation & Advocacy Award, Women in Law Leadership Award, Pro Bono Service Award, and nominated for the President’s Award. She is licensed to practice law in the State Courts in Texas, Tennessee, and the United States District Court in the Northern Districts of Texas.
Hailey began practicing at a large personal injury firm in October of 2022. In her first 18 months of practice, Hailey gained extensive courtroom experience, trying 3 cases to a jury, obtaining 2 favorable verdicts for her client. Outside of the courtroom, Hailey has obtained countless settlements for clients, ranging from simple motor vehicle accidents to wrongful death and traumatic brain injuries. Hailey is a knowledgeable litigator able to navigate difficult insurance tactics and complex legal issues.
Hailey knew from an early age she wanted to be a litigator. The most appealing career for Hailey was always utilizing her knowledge and skill to help those in need of an advocate. She grew up in deeply involved with her family’s construction business, spending summers in high school and college working in the office, driving plans across town, and touring job sites. Hailey is able to draw upon her family background and provide her clients a unique understanding of both the legal and practical aspects of construction litigation a thorough understanding of personal injury matters as it relates to the underlying tortfeasor and first party coverage.
